Management
Team
The UNLTD Management Team has a unique blend of playing experience, coaching experience and business experience. They have built a world-class academy with multiple campuses. The goal was to build the academy they wish they had when they were kids. The Management Team oversees 60+ full-time coaches, trainers and staff that work directly with our client-players.
Darryl Cilli
Darryl is in charge of the vision and direction of UNLTD. He began playing tennis at the age of five, and developed into a highly ranked junior player. Darryl was granted a NCAA Division I tennis scholarship, playing in the Atlantic 10 Conference. He was again a four-year varsity starter and named Team Captain for both his junior and senior year. Darryl had wins over Villanova, Rutgers, Temple, and West Virginia.
After graduation, Darryl left tennis for the world of advertising. He built the nationally recognized branding agency 160over90 over the course of 15 years. Darryl’s clients included Nike, Ferrari, the NFL, and UCLA among others. Darryl sold his firm in 2018. He was retired for exactly one month before he realized his next career would be his first love, sports. Darryl founded UNLTD with Jarrod, Isaac, and Brian, and has never looked back.
Jarrod Grant
Jarrod oversees the curriculum and coaching for all sporting divisions. He was a heralded Philadelphia basketball player before switching over to tennis. Jarrod was immediately a standout and was taken under the wing of famed coach Eric Riley. With Eric, Jarrod was able to train alongside Grand Slam Champions Pam Shriver and Lisa Raymond. Jarrod went on to receive an NCAA Division I tennis scholarship, where he notched wins over the likes of University of Maryland and Penn State University.
Jarrod soon realized how much sports helped him off the court with discipline, character, sportsmanship, problem-solving, emotional intelligence and much more. So he decided to dedicate his life to the game, not to make great athletes, but to make great people.
Jarrod’s students have gone on to play at USC, University of Florida, and Northwestern. But more importantly, they have learned life lessons from the journey.
Brian Tennyson
Brian directs all operations and finance for UNLTD. He was a three sport athlete in high school, and ultimately played NCAA baseball for Jefferson University. He still holds the school record for the lowest single season ERA, and is in the top 10 for innings pitched.
As football, soccer, and baseball coach, Brian can tell you that the things you learn playing sports lead to success in life. Get to practice early; there is no offseason; slow down your breathing when the pressure is on. These are invaluable lessons that translate to a business career and raising a family.
Brian spent 10+ years as Chief Operating Officer and Principal at 160over90, a nationally recognized advertising agency. He was responsible for day-to-day operations of 6 offices, 30+ clients, and 500+ employees. After being a part of the sale of the agency in 2018, he decided to move on to new challenges. The opportunity to reunite with Darryl Cilli in an industry that is desperate for organization, process, and discipline, brought him to UNLTD.
Isaac Jones
Isaac is responsible for the oversight of all training in the areas of speed, agility, strength and conditioning. In high school, Isaac was a standout football and basketball player in Pennsylvania earning All-State Honors in each sport. Isaac accepted a football scholarship to Purdue University where he was a team captain.
Jones will be forever remembered for his final catch in a Purdue uniform, a 19-yard touchdown reception from Drew Brees with 30 seconds left that gave Purdue a 37-34 upset victory against No. 4 Kansas State in the Alamo Bowl. Jones was one of Drew Brees’ favorite targets, in his final two seasons making 154 receptions for 1,332 yards and 11 touchdowns.
Jones went on to play in the NFL with Peyton Manning on the Indianapolis Colts. Over his career, Isaac also played with the Seattle Seahawks, and Philadelphia Eagles.
Isaac followed his passion for business and sports, and began working in the finance industry. He founded, and eventually sold, his own wealth management practice for professional athletes. After selling his firm, Isaac decide he wanted to dedicate his life to working with youth athletes to achieve their dreams.
Margarita Sadovnikova
Margarita oversees the tennis division on all campuses. She started to play tennis when she was four years old. Born and raised in Russia, she was a top-20 player on the Russian Tennis Tour (RTT) under the age of 16, a member of the national team and the winner of various RTT and International Tennis Federation (ITF) tournaments.
Margarita is a former Division I NCAA student-athlete. She was her college’s Team Captain for three consecutive years and lead her team to their first-ever Horizon League Conference Championship title and their debut at the NCAA tournament. Margarita has wins over Rutgers, Northwestern and Ohio State. She believes in being just a little better than the day before, and that those days will add up.
Brittany Poje
Brittany is responsible for scheduling, project management and capacity planning of the entire academy. She began taking tennis lessons at the age of three at the famed Arthur Ashe Tennis Center. She became a ranked junior player in the Eastern division and then developed an even better ranking in Middle States division. Brittany played #1 singles all four years for her high school, where she earned two district singles titles and two district doubles titles. She was awarded MVP Conference all four years.

She was a highly recruited athlete for both tennis and basketball, and she chose to accept a tennis scholarship to play for Mount St. Mary’s University.
